Reserve Tools

Current members can log into their MyTurn account and reserve tools for pick-up on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Access login in the upper right-hand corner of this page.

Become a Member

Anyone 18 years or older with ID that shows their name and birthdate can become a Tacoma Tool Library (TTL) member. Access the ‘Create an Account’ button in the upper right-hand corner of this page.

Location

Our new temporary location is at 1105 MLK Jr Way Tacoma. Tool drop-off is at the back of the building in the alley. Cars are allowed to drive in the alley and park, only if there are no other cars already in the alley. Otherwise, park in the parking lot. Access to the tool library is restricted to the back entrance only. No one will be allowed through the front entrance.

Fix-it Nights

Every Thursday from 4pm to 5:30pm at Tacoma Public Library Moore Branch.  Fix-it Night will continue to be held at TPL Moore through end of summer 2024.

Make-it Sew

2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 6pm - 7:30pm at Tacoma Public Library Swasey Branch. Make-it Sew will continue to be held at TPL Swasey through end of summer 2024.
